Privacy policy

This policy explains what information AdRunAI LLC ("AdRunAI," "we," "us") collects through adrunai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain words.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a free AI visibility check, you give us your name, business name, website, city, email, optional phone number, and your answers to two questions about your marketing.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive). It uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device type, approximate location, and pages visited. We do not send your name, email, phone, or form answers to Google Analytics.
• Security data. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and block spam and abuse. We store a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address with form submissions to limit abuse, not the IP address itself.

How we use it

• To run your free check, send you the results, and follow up about it.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We will not add you to a marketing email list unless you ask to be added. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle your request. They process information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form submissions.
• Google provides Google Analytics.
• Our email provider delivers your full request to our inbox so we can reply.
• Discord sends us a short alert when a new request comes in, so we can answer the same day. The alert includes your business name and city, not your email, phone, or answers.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Business accounts you connect (Meta, Google, and other platforms)

When a business works with us, the owner may connect accounts so we can do the work they hired us for. We connect only with the owner's permission, through the platform's own login and approval screen. We never ask for or store your passwords.

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): your Facebook Page and Instagram business account details, posts and their performance, and Meta ad account settings and results.
• Google: your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads data, such as profile details, posts, reviews, search and traffic reports, and ad results.
• Other platforms you choose to connect, under the same rules.

What we use it for: only to provide the services you asked for. That means publishing content you approved, managing ads you authorized, and preparing reports on your results.

What we never do: we do not sell this data, share it with other businesses, use it for advertising to anyone, or use it to train AI models. We access only the permissions you approve, and you can remove our access at any time.

Where it is kept: data from these platforms stays in the platform itself where possible. Anything we store, such as report figures, is kept with encryption and access limited to the people working on your account. We may use service providers, including AI tools, to help prepare reports and drafts. They process the data only on our behalf, under terms that do not allow them to use it for their own purposes.

How long: while you are a client. When you remove our access or stop working with us, we delete stored platform data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Google user data: AdRunAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep free check requests for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case your information is handled under our client agreement. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Email saleh@adrunai.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Our data deletion page lists the steps.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to submissions. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
