Delete your data

You can remove AdRunAI's access to your accounts and ask us to delete your data at any time. You do not need a reason, and it costs nothing.

1. Ask us to delete your data

Email saleh@adrunai.com with the subject "Delete my data." Include your name, your business name, and the email address you used with us.

• We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
• We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
• This covers free check requests, report figures, and anything we stored from your connected accounts. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

2. Remove our access to Facebook and Instagram

• In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find AdRunAI and select Remove.
• If we were added to your Meta Business account as a partner or person, remove us in Business settings under Partners or People.

3. Remove our access to Google

• Go to your Google Account's third-party connections page, find AdRunAI, and select Delete all connections.
• If we were added as a user or manager on your Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console, or Ads account, remove us in that product's user or access settings.

Removing access stops new data from reaching us. To also delete what we already hold, send the email in step 1. Read more in our privacy policy.
